Bold Rye Umber is a rye-style specialty spirit finished with both French and American oak staves. It is made from 80% rye, 10% wheat, and 10% barley. All of the grain is grown in Washington State. It contains no coloring or other additives and is non-chill filtered. Bottled at 96 proof it is smooth and has an unexpected slight sweet honey-like flavor.
