Autumn Umber is a fruit and malted barley based specialty spirit finished with both French and American oak staves. It is made from 50% Washington grown fruit and 50% Washington grown malted barley. It contains no coloring or other additives and is non-chill filtered. Bottled at 96 proof it has a nice fruity single malt flavor.
