Our harvest of Aÿ, Dizy, Hautvillers (66%), Avize and Oiry (34%), as well as some reserve wines. With viticulture that respects the vineyard and the soil, valuing the diversity of our different plots. Vinification and aging on lees in oak barrels without filtration or fining.
