Reseña profesional
Dark red, with ruby tones. The Chambertin 2000 Trapet is the most complex, aristocratic aromas of this set of 2000s: currant, minerals, iron and woodsmoke. Thick, lush, chewy and dense; big but also quite fresh. As much a wine of terroir as of vintage, not the easiest trick to pull off in 2000. This really fills the mouth with concentrated, sweet fruit. Finishes with extremely suave, painless tannins and lingering, rich fruit.
