Vinification of Castello D Alba Limited Edition Magnum Wine: Harvest 100% manual, for tanks with an average capacity of 800 Kg. Destemming and crushing; Cold maceration for 48h; alcoholic fermentation for a minimum of 15 days with temperature control. Malolactic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18ºC for 15 days. Aging for 18 months in French oak barrels, 2/3 new, 1/3 second wine.

Long and engaging, you can feel the fruit at the end of the mouth, very ripe and soft firm tannins, fresh and very elegant, suggesting excellent aging potential in the bottle.
Very concentrated aroma, with black forest fruits, notes of licorice, spices, violets, bergamot, rockrose… in balance with very elegant French oak notes.
