Vinification of the Cadão Reserva Red 2018 of 5 Liters: Manual harvest, with criteria for optimal ripeness where the bunches are carefully selected. Skin maceration and alcoholic fermentation with temperature control in stainless steel tanks. Post-fermentation maceration followed by malolactic fermentation. Minimum aging of 3 years before being bottled.
