Description
Bunnahabhain Distillery, founded in 1881, is located on the northeast coast of Islay, Scotland. The name «Bunnahabhain» derives from Scottish Gaelic and means «mouth of the river,» referring to its proximity to the mouth of the Margadale River, whose pure water is used in the production of its whiskies. The Bunnahabhain 12 Years Old is a single malt that reflects the distinctive character of the distillery, known for its smoothness and complexity, with notes of fruits, nuts, and a hint of coastal influence.
