Frequently among my favourite wines at the domaine, this spicy, concentrated, lees-rich Premier Cru was planted in three stages and has an average age of around 40 years. Beneath the texture, weight and stone fruit flavours, embellished by notes of cinnamon and nutmeg, there’s plenty of supporting acidity and some tannic grip.
