Reseña profesional
The 2018 Arnaud Ente Bourgogne Blanc is a very promising bottling in the making, bursting with aromas of citrus oil, fresh pear, white flowers and hazelnuts. On the palate, it’s medium to full-bodied, satiny and layered, with fine concentration, lively acids and a nicely defined finish.
Hard to beat as a generic white, even if the price is closer to that of a good village wine, this outstanding Bourgogne Blanc comes from three parcels – two in Puligny-Montrachet and one in Meursault – and is characteristically fresh, chiselled and refined, with the faintest whisper of oak, a touch of struck match and zesty acidity.
